These Terms govern all orders placed via getleadpipeline.com between you (Customer) and Koban Management LLC (Provider). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms.
1. Provider

2. Scope of services
We provide B2B lead generation and related services according to the selected package (Starter, Standard, Premium). This includes automated extraction of publicly available contact data, email verification, and — depending on the package — AI personalization and campaign setup. The exact scope follows the package description on the website and the criteria you provide during onboarding.
3. Contract formation & payment
Package listings on the website are an invitation to purchase. The contract is formed upon successful payment via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe's terms may also apply.
4. Onboarding & cooperation
After payment you receive a confirmation email with a link to the onboarding form. You must provide complete and accurate criteria (target audience, niche, offer details, and for Premium any required sending-tool access). Delays or reduced quality caused by incomplete information are your responsibility.
5. Samples / examples & satisfaction guarantee
Before full delivery we send you sample examples for approval. If you are not satisfied with those examples, we refund the purchase price. Once you have approved the examples and are later unhappy with the full delivery, no refund applies; we will still try to find an individual solution. Approval of the examples constitutes acceptance of quality and targeting for the subsequent delivery.
6. Delivery & data quality
Delivery is digital (e.g. CSV/Excel or setup in your sending tool). All data comes from automated, compliant pipelines based on publicly available sources. Specific fields (owner names, phone, social links) are included only when publicly available. Leads without a verifiable email are not delivered. We aim for high deliverability (SMTP checks) but cannot guarantee inbox placement for every address.
7. Use of data & compliance
You use delivered data at your own responsibility and must ensure your outreach complies with applicable law (e.g. anti-spam, competition, and privacy rules in target markets). We are not liable for the legality of your campaigns or damage from improper use of the data.
8. Premium / campaign setup
For Premium we configure the campaign in your sending tool/account once you provide required access and domain information. SPF/DKIM checks are deliverability guidance; domain configuration remains your responsibility.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for willful misconduct and gross negligence, and for breach of essential contractual duties limited to typically foreseeable damages, capped at the amount paid for the respective order. Liability for lost profits, consequential, or indirect damages is excluded where legally permitted.
10. Refunds
Except where mandatory consumer rights apply, refunds are only available under Section 5 (satisfaction guarantee before sample approval) or by individual agreement. After sample approval and once full performance has been rendered, there is no general right to a refund.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, systems, and process/prompt know-how remain our property. You may use delivered lead files and copy created for you for your business purposes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Venue is, where permitted, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms for future orders. Existing contracts remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
